Rachel has been in Property Management for going on 15 years now. Rachel started out as a leasing agent with Equity Residential and moved her way up to an Assistant Regional Portfolio Manager with RA Snyder. This year she took a small step down to fulfill a dream of hers, which is to manage a Luxury High Rise in Downtown Seattle. Rachel currently works with Holland Residential as the Property Manager of Premiere on Pine, Seattle's first Luxury High Rise. She is heavily involved in IREM where she obtained her ARM® in 2016 and won ARM® of the Year in 2017. Rachel currently sits on the Executive Council as the VP of Communications, sits on the IYP Committee and is the Chair of the Scavenger Hunt Committee. Rachel thoroughly loves what she does and is so grateful as this is her 3rd year speaking at Trends. Rachel has a wonderful husband who is also in the industry and has 2 amazing boys at home, 4 other kids that have families of their own now and 6 grandkids with 1 on the way!
