Brian Cross is president of Pinnacle Maintenance Group INC, Seattle’s largest privately held interior & exterior 24/7 on demand service provider.

 

Under Cross’s leadership, Pinnacle Maintenance Group INC has received the Elite Service award, press business award and Home advisors 2018 service award for their ethical and safe maintenance practices. As acting president, Cross oversees all facets of daily operations and enterprise level business-to-business partnerships. Brian has played an influential role in the company’s interior and exterior division’s growth, exclusively partnering and creating a propriety service industry work order management platform which allows real-time arrival windows, technician photos, accessible job site completion images, technician notes and accurate, trackable billing for both divisions.

 

Cross has 20 years of executive management experience, managing sales, marketing and work order implementation models. Prior to Pinnacle, Brian was the Western Regional Sales Manager for Johnson & Johnson, working with executive management teams throughout the western United States & Canada on point of care, customizable healthcare platforms. Brian holds a BA in English and minor in International Business from the University of Washington.
